Please be aware that payment is due upon completion of works; we do not offer credit. We no-longer accept payment by PayPal, so please accept our apologies if this affects you. However, I am happy to take Card Payments via Sum-Up. Also, payments by Bank Transfer will now need to be made in my presence; this is due to the small number of people who 'forget' to process their payment, and we don't have the time to keep checking for payments and chasing people for money. We still also accept payment by Cash for those who still prefer this. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

My current lead-time for servicing and large jobs is currently around three weeks. However, now the evenings are drawing out nicely, it's worth giving me a call, as I am often able to fit in small jobs on my way home in the evenings.

Spring appears to be on its way now, and many people's thoughts are turning to warmer days and leisure time. This year’s workload is proving just as busy as normal, with servicing already being fully booked until Easter, so if you were planning to get me in before then, I’m afraid you're now out of luck. Sorry!

Happy New Year to all our past, present and future clients, and thank you for your custom; we are just a team of two, and we really do appreciate your business. I say this every year, but now really is the ideal time to get your caravan booked in for its annual service, so plan ahead and ring me before I get too booked-up! My lead-time is currently just under two weeks.

I expect we'll soon be slowing down for the festive season, but it's still full-steam ahead here at the moment! Don't forget to 'winterise' your caravan properly, as frozen pipes cause a lot of damage when the water thaws, and pipework is historically difficult to get at, especially in Motorhomes! Meanwhile, may I take this opportunity to wish all my customers a very merry Christmas, and a happy and healthy New Year.
